Global Hotel Connection is a division of ReservHOTEL, a company established in 1993 in Atlanta, GA and recently moved to Miami, FL. ReservHOTEL is a company dedicated to represent hotels with GDS as well as Internet booking engines. Global Hotel Connection is a new division whose mission is connecting hotels with Tour Operators.
We are simplifying the exchange of information between these groups by creating a switch that translate TO rooming list directly to Hotel’s PMS eliminating manual data entry. Once the connection is established, Hotels are able to send electronic contracts to TO’s as well as further adjustments, hotels can also modify allotment and availability. An interface needs to be created between Hotel and GHC in order to transmit Rooming list, recaps, revisions and cancellations. It is also needed to transmit arrival and departure information to TO, through GHC, facilitating the invoice reconciliation between both parties and therefore a much prompt payment.
Our mission is to create an automatic system that will simplify and eliminate a tremendous amount of manual labor between Hotels and Tour Operators.
